Adrian Ding is the CEO of Maximum Impact PH — a corporate trainer, leadership coach and keynote speaker with more than 20 years in the training circuit. He has trained over 20,000 professionals across many of the largest companies in the Philippines.
He started where every trainer does: in front of a room, learning what actually moves people and what only sounds good. Two decades on, the conviction underneath the work has not changed — develop the person and the results follow. Better people build better companies, and better companies build a better country.

Adrian starts building what becomes Maximum Impact PH — first as a solo corporate trainer taking on whatever work came, then as a practice with a point of view.
2012
Into the boardrooms of the Top 500
The client list grows into the country's largest companies — HSBC, Wipro, Petron and more — and the work shifts from one-off talks to multi-year leadership programs.
2017
Genos International — Emotional Intelligence
Certified in the Genos Emotional Intelligence coaching practice, adding a measured, science-backed layer to the leadership and culture work.
2021
INSEAD — Executive Education
Completed an Executive Education programme at INSEAD, alongside a background in Mass Communication — sharpening the strategy and the storytelling behind every keynote.
